  3. Now pour your batter into the cupcake tray lined with cupcake liner over the biscuits base..and place the tray onto a deep larger tray filled with hot water.
  4. Now put this entire setup in to the preheated oven at 160c for atleast 1hr.
  5. When the cupcakes centers look a lil wobbly and sides look fixed and a lil brown..then take them out. and let them completely cool down to room temperature.
  6. Now put it into the freezer for atleast 4hrs.
  7. For cherry sauce:in a sauce pan on medium heat add your cherries.and add sugar and lemon juice.. let it cook until all the sugar dissolves..
  8. Turn off the flame and let it cool to room temperature.
  9. Finally top it over the chilled cupcakes and enjoy..
