  9. Assemble the cake and jelly. Turn the cake over and carefully place the jelly into the center.
  10. Using a Bain Marie, melt the chocolate. Allow to cool a while. Spoon the chocolate around the edges of the cake and then pour the rest over the jelly and smooth. Finally just as the chocolate is setting use a skewer to mark the top.
