  1. Get 125 grams Butter, softened
  2. Get 75 grams Caster sugar
  3. Take 110 grams plain flour

  1. Preheat oven at 150°C for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix together plain flour, corn flour and sift it. Keep aside.
  3. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in combined sifted flours in two batches. Then make small balls and place about 3 cm apart on baking paper lined oven trays.
  5. Bake about 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  6. Stand cookies on trays for 5 minutes before lifting onto wire rack to cool.
  7. Store in airtight container.
  8. NOTE - If the dough is too soft, refrigerate it about 5 minutes.
