Instructions to make Corn crepes:
- For the crepes, combine the plain flour, corn flour, milk, sugar, butter, salt and water and mix well using a whisk till no lumps remains.
- Heat a non-stick pan and brush lightly with the butter. Cool slightly pour ladleful of mixture into the pan and tilt in a circular motion to make a 150mm. Cook till the light pink spot appears both sides.
- For the filling, heat the butter in a non-stick pan and add onion cook till golden brown and then add capsicum and corn. And then add the spices. And cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Firstly, heat a oil in a pot, and add the onion paste cook for 2 minutes and then add ger and garlic paste cook for one minute.
- Secondly, add tomato puree cook for a while and then add the spices and then add the cream.
- Thirdly, take a baking tray, and apply oil on the tray.
- Fourthly take the crepe, then add the filling and roll it. Continue with rest of the crepes. And arranged the crepes on the tray.
- Fifthly, after they are arranged on the tray and then add tomato gravy and cheese on the top. And bake in 200°c for 24 minutes.
