  2. Now take a strainer and in it add maida, baking soda, baking powder and mix them with wet ingredients, add milk& 1 tbsp + 1 tsp water and whisk it well.
  3. Now separate a cup of batter into another bowl and add cocoa powder and 1 & half tsp water and mix it well again.
  4. Now take a kadai, add salt & place a stand over it. Cover the kadai & pre-heat it for about 7 to 8 mins.
  5. Now grease the cake tin with some oil & spread some maida over it, then dust the leftover flour.
  6. Now add 2 tbsp of vanilla batter into it. Then pour 1 tsp of cocoa batter over it. Again do the same procedure. Then continue to do the same until you pour both the batter into the cake tin. Tap the cake tin twice gently. Now do some swirls with a toothpick over the batter to get the final design.
  7. Now place the cake tin over the stand. Cover it & bake it on a low flame for about 40 mins. Check the cake with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, then the cake is done. Remove the tin from the kadai. Let it cool, then demould it by turning the cake tin, upside down…
