- The batter should have ribbon consistency- the batter should fall like ribbon from the whisk / beater.
- If not add few more tbsp of milk
- Now heat an appa pan on low flame.
- Now add ½tbsp of batter let it cook for one minute on the least flame.
- Now add some chopped Chocholate and dip it.
- Add another ½ tsp of batter.
- Cook it on a low flame for 4-5 mins until it is cooked.
