- Take a 16 slices of sandwich bread cut the edges if u want
- Take a large size palate and set four pieces and make a square of four add egg filling
- Place an other four piece and add vegetable filling
- Add another four pieces on it and add cheiken filling on it
- Place an other 4 pieces of bread and add cream mixture on it and set the cake
- Decorate the cake with cucumber, boiled egg and salad leaf
