- First sieve refined flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder & baking soda & mix well.Now in other bowl take oil & add buttermilk to it. Whisk it well.
- Now add it to dry ingredients & fold gently. Mix vanilla essence, red food colour & vinegar to it. Fold everything gently & make a smooth batter. Milk can be used if required.
- Grease the cake mould with oil & sprinkle refined flour. Remove extra flour. Now pour batter in cake mould. Bake it at 180 degree for 2o - 25 min.
- Let it cool completely. Now cut heart shaped mini cakes with cookie cutter. Apply whipped cream to mini cakes & decorate it with fresh strawberries. Delicious mini heart cakes are ready to serve.
