- Firstly sieve maida,milk powder and baking powder to release air and cake turns out to be soft,spongy.
- Mix these 3 ingredients.Add malai, cornflour, custard powder and sugar
- Mix all ingredients in 1 direction manually so that there should be no lumps
- Add required water to adjust consistency so that it should flow freely.
- Add essence and almonds to mix well
- Then divide batter into 3 parts.. 3 different colours added in each part and mixed well
- Take a silicone baking cup, grease it and pour batter in cups
- Preheat the baking oven for 5 minutes at 180 c
- Put the silicone baking cups in oven for 40 minutes and yummy floral cake or ready to be served.
