- Take 2 cups Maida

- Get 1 cup Chenna Leftover water/milk
- Prepare 1 pinch Cardamom powder

- Get 1 tsp Vinegar(if took Chenna water, otherwise use 1 tbsp)
- Prepare 1/2 kg whipped cream
- Make ready 2 tbsp sprinkle rose petal
- Take 1/2 cup almond/ pistachio chopped

- Mix Maida, cornflour, milk powder, baking soda n powder. Mix well.
- Mix oil sugar, chenna water, vanilla, cardamom, and 1/4 cup rasmalai liquid, mix well and pour it on the flour mixture, and beat it till smooth dough.
- Now preheat oven to 360 F. Add vinegar, mix it fast and pour the mixture in the greased mold. Baked beans t for 20 mins.
- After baking, let it to cool, then cut in 3 levels.
- Take one level. Soak with rasmalai’s liquid then apply some whipped cream, crushed one rasgulla, and spread it with some dryfruits, now repeat the same for all levels.
- Now cut some rasmalai in half and with icing garnished it with chocolate and some sprinkles and petals.
