- In a separate bowl mix together the milk and vegetable oil both at room temperature. To this mixture add in some of the batter and then back into the large bowl and beat again for a minute.
- Divide the batter into 6 small separate bowls. To the separate batters add in the food colourings.
- Pour in the batters starting with red then at the centre pour orange then yellow then green then blue then lastly purple.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the centre of the cake comes out clean. Cool for 10-15 minutes and remove from the sufuria.
