  2. Prepare as needed Water to Soak saboodana

  4. Prepare 2 pinch Black pepper
  5. Get As needed Green Coriander
  6. Get 1/4 cup Curd
  7. Prepare 1 tsp Jeera powder
  8. Get Aa needed Ghee /oil

Instructions to make Saboodana aloo pan cake:

  1. Soak saboodana in a bowl for about an he. Once it gets transparent drain all water
  2. Add this saboodana in a mixi kar, add 1/2 tsp salt, and green chilli and grind it in a thin paste. Ads lil water if needed.
  3. Keep this aside and grate 2 medium sized potato in a bowl.
  4. Now add grated potato in previous saboodana paste, add Black pepper powder, curd and some water to make a dosa like consistency.
  5. In normal days other than navratri, you can also add other grated veggies and onion too.
  6. Now mix it well
  7. On a hot griddle pour lil oil /ghee and let it warm.
  8. Now take a big ladle and pour batter on tawa and cook it on low flame.
  9. Once cooked from one side,add lil oil/ghee and flip the side.
  10. Cook.till becomes crispy and golden brown.
  11. Once done serve hot with curd
