Instructions to make Pistachios cake:

  1. Firstly sieve all purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and soda twice a time. Keep aside.
  2. Now take a bowl add refined oil and condensed milk mix each other well.
  3. Futher add luckwarm milk and food color, cardamom essence also, mix well all ingredients.
  4. Now add dry ingredients in the wet ingredients. And add fine chopped pistachios also.Mix it with cut and fold method.
  5. If u need more milk add little more.
  6. Now pour batter in greased cake tine. And bake for 30 -35 minutes or until completely bake, upon medium to low flame in preheated kadai.
  7. After bake base keep aside from completely cool down.
  8. Now prepared icing, take big bowl add chilled whipping cream and bit from 5 minutes, now add food color and cardamom essence than again bit until stiff peaks.
  9. Now cut base in three layers.
  10. Take a one spread sugar syrup than spread whipped cream, same process upon on second and third layer also.
  11. And whole cake cover with whipped cream.
  12. Now decorate cake with chocolate ganache and make flowers upon cake.
  13. Garnish cake with chopped pistachios and rose pallets.
  14. Ready cake keep refrigerator at least 2 hours approx.
