- First take a bowl and add milk and that add vinegar. Mix it add let it curdle for 10 mins.

- Now add condensed milk and melted butter.
- Mix that well and if required add some more milk to make its ribbon consistancy.
- Now add red food color and vanilla extract.
- Just before baking add baking soda.
- Now I am baking it in heart shaped mould lined with parchment paper
- Bake it at 180 degree for 30-35 mins in oven.
- Now demould the cake and let it cool.
- For decorating I have taken two hearts made from parchment paper.
- Put it on cake dust powdered sugar. Now carefully remove hearts.
- Red velvet cake is ready…..
