  2. line cupcake pan with liners
  3. mix Graham cracker cbs and butter in a bowl
  4. drop one teaspoon of cbs mix in the bottom of the liner and gently press into the bottom
  5. with an electric mixer best the cream cheese until smooth
  6. gradually add the sugar to the cream cheese
  7. beat in vanilla extract
  8. in a separate bowl beat the eggs
  9. gradually drip the eggs to the mix
  10. beat in sour cream and salt. The mixture should be very creamy
  11. scrape the sides of the bowl into the mixture as needed
  12. divide the mixture evenly into the liners
  13. bake on middle rack rotating half way through until filling is set. about 22 minutes. I set my timer for 11 minutes turned them and then set for 11 minutes again.
  14. transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool to room temperature. when they reach room temp. transfer to the fridge.
  15. Spoon about 1/4 teaspoon strawberry filling/topping over each cheesecake.
  16. refrigerate at least 4 hours. or overnight
  17. remove from fridge
  18. Add the strawberry topping. Make sure there’s a strawberry on each one and enjoy!
