Instructions to make Streusel coffee cake:

  1. STREUSEL- Mix all the ingredients (1/2cup WheatFlour, 1/4cup BrownSugar, 2.5Tbsp Butter, Almonds, CoffeePowder and Salt) in a bowl with finger-tips and make a cb-like texture.
  2. CAKE BATTER - Beat Butter and Condensed Milk together until fluffy. Add in Coffee Decoction. Now add Dry ingredients (1cup Wheatflour, 2Tsp BakingPowder, 1Tsp BakingSoda) and Mix.
  3. Now mix vinegar and soda in the Water and Add it in the Cake Batter. Mix lightly.
  4. ASSEMBLING - Add first layer of half of the Cake Batter in a greased and lined Cake Tin and Add half of the Streusel Layer on topp of it.
  5. Add the remaining Cake Batter on the Streusel Layer and spread it properly. Again add the last layer of Streusel and tap the tin to remove the air bubbles in the batter.
  6. Bake the Cake Batter @180 C for 40mins. Then Let it Cool.
  7. FROSTING - Mix Icing Sugar and Water to make a thick batter and Garnish the Cake with frosting as you wish.
