- Now mix oil, sugar powder and curd in a bowl
- Now strain maida, baking powder, baking soda in another bowl and mix well and add this bowl’s content to the mixture of oil, sugar powder and curd that we made earlier
- Now add malai and mix well - And then add milk and mix it well and make a smooth batter
- Now Grease the cake pot with oil and then dust some flour and pour the cake batter in it and sprinkle some chopped almonds on it and place the cake pot in pre heated kadhai and bake on low flame for 35-40 mins
- Check the cake with the help of stick, try Pushing the stick in the cake and then pulling out. if the stick comes out clean then the cake is ready. if the stick doesn’t come out clean then bake it for 5 more mins.
- Now cake is ready. Let it cool. - Now make small wholes in the cake using a fork.
