  1. Add lemon juice into hot milk. It become like paneer keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain all dry ingredients two time except food colour.
  3. Now add oil, curd, and paneer with water. And mix well.
  4. Mix one tspn maida into half cherry and half keep aside for garnishing.
  5. Mix food colour into one tspn milk in a separate bowl.
  6. Now add food colour with milk, maida mix cherry, fruit essence add these into cake mixture and mix well.
  7. Now spread one cup salt into the bottom of cooker and put a stand on salt then pre heat it for 5 minutes.
  8. Now grease cake tin and sprinkle some maida and pour cake batter. Spread cherry on the top.
  9. Set this cake tin on the stand in cooker. And remove the whistle and rubber of the cooker lid.
  10. Bake for 10 minutes on medium flame. Then bake for 25-30 on very low flame.
  11. After 40 minutes check with knife or toothpick….
