- Take a mixer jar add biscuits and grind it till it turn fine powder,keep it aside, in same jar add oats again grind it make it fine Powder, keep both powered aside
- In same mixer jar,add jaggery, oil and milk grind it till turn smooth battle, in this battel now added both biscuits and oata powder, mix well
- Now added rest of dry ingredients like baking powder, baking soda mix well with the help of spatula in same direction
- Lastly added 1/2 tsp of eno mix well now pour the mixture in grissed cake mould, and garnish with some chopped almonds on top, let’s preheat oven on 180° for 10 min
- Place the cake mould for 25 to30 min, now cheak the cake if knife is out clean our cake is perfectly cooked, let it cool completely for 10 min after dat de mould the cake
