To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook choco-lava cake using 4 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.
The ingredients needed to make Choco-lava Cake:
- Prepare 150 grams Biscuits
- Prepare 100 grams dark chocolate compound
- Get 3/4 th cup milk at room temperature
- Take Some blocks of dark chocolate compound
Instructions to make Choco-lava Cake:
- Take 150 grams of packet & remove all the cream out of the biscuits. Now grind them into fine powder and keep it aside.
- Now take 100 grams of dark chocolate and melt it by double boiler method or in a microwave mode. Now add this to the biscuits powder & mix everything well.
- Now add milk to it, then mix everything well again.
- My alluminium moulds are self-made with alluminium foil. And the process of making them are shown in the steps below. Now pour 2 tbsp mixture into the mould, put a piece of dark chocolate in-between then again pour a tsp of the cake-mixture over it as shown in the image.
- Take a kadai and pre-heat it by covering the kadai base with salt and a stand over it. Keep a plate over the stand and cover the kadai and pre-heat it for about 7 to 8 mins. 3 mins on high flame & 5 mins on medium flame.
- Then keep the alluminium moulds over it and bake them in a low flame for about 15 to 20 mins. Keep checking them after every 5-5 mins by dipping a toothpick but don’t dip it from between as you need to keep the middle part in a semi-liquid state. Dip it only from sides. If the toothpick comes out clean then it’s done.
- Serve it hot.
