  1. Prepare 2 biscuits packets (300 gms)
  2. Make ready Milk
  3. Take 1 packet eno regular (Blue pack)
  4. Take 1/4 tspn Ghee

Instructions to make Biscuit cake:

  1. Add salt in heavy bottom kadhai and preheat it. By covering it on full flame for 5 minutes. Then low the flame.
  2. Cut biscuits in pieces
  3. Grind it and make a fine powder of it.
  4. Remove this powder in mixing bowl and add milk (normal/room temperature) in it. Make a medium batter.
  5. Grease baking tray with ghee. Sprincle flour on it.
  6. Add eno in batter mix it.
  7. Pour batter in baking tray.cover it and cook it for 35-40 minutes on very low flame.
  8. Check once in between.
  9. Delicious chocolate cake is ready.
