- Mix well the first four ingredients well and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Take the slices of bread and thin them out in the middle only creating a small cavity or dip in the bread (do not create a hole in the bread).
- Dip the slices of the bread in the above batter.
- Take one dipped slice of the bread and lay the dark chocolate thin slices in the small cavity in the bread. Take another dipped slice of the bread and lay it over the bread with the thin chocolate slices on it(almost like creating a sandwich)
- Pan fry them on medium-low, in 1-2 teaspoons canola oil till its the golden brown that you like on each side.
- Decor the French Toast with Strawberry slices, agave syrup, and a dallop of vegan whipped cream if you’d like.
