  1. Mix the oats, ragi,baking soda, baking powder, salt in a bowl. In another bowl mix sugar, oil smoothly using hand blender. Then add buttermilk, yellow food col,essence. Mix nicely. Then add dry ingredients to this liquid mixture. Mix slowly everything. - In an oven proof heart shape greased container pour the mixture. Tap it 2 to 3 times. - In a preheated oven bake this for 40 to 45 mins at 180 degree Celsius. U can Check whether the cake is done or not by inserting a toothpick into the cake.

Then do the final frosting by using nozzle tip. Sprinkle some caramelized nuts over. Keep the cake in fridge for atleast 4 to 5 hrs before serving.
