- Add in dry ingredients, blend well, add in coffee. Mix well.
- Pour into greased and floured Bundt cake pan. Bake at 325 for 55-60 min.
- Cool 30 min., then remove from pan. Let cool completely before glazing.
- For glaze: heat cream, vanilla and powdered sugar in bowl in microwave. I did for 2:35. Add in chocolate chips. Cover and let set for 5 min. Stir until smooth. Let cool. Slather that on top. Keep any extra for dipping your cookies in or stirring into your coffee….
