- First Keep oven for preheating at high temperature..for 10mins.
- Add baking powder and soda bi carb..to Maida flour..Seive this mixture trice..keep aside.Add sugar to milk..mix well.,keep aside.
- Grease the cake tin with butter and Maida flour.
- Divide the Maida flour mixture into four parts.
- Now in mixing bowl..add butter beat till fluffy.Add Mithai mate..mix well.
- Now add one part of Maida flour mixture..mix well add little sweetend milk..mix well.Repeat this process three more times.. till all Maida flour mixture and sweetend milk used.
- Now add cble Khoya(Mawa)…to prepare cake batter..mix lightly.
- Pour this Khoya(Mawa) Cake batter in grease cake tin. sprinkle Pistachio & Cashew it coarse powder. Cover the cake tin with Aluminium foil.
- Bake the Khoya (Mawa) cake in Oven on high temperature.(250C).for 10 mins..later lower temperature to 180C..bake cake for 40mins.
- Cool and cut the baked Khoya (Mawa) cake into required pieces.
