  2. Prepare 150 gms Cottage cheese / paneer -

Steps to make Milk cake:

  1. Take a bowl,mix mawa,paneer / cottage cheese and sugar cbling with hands.
  2. Put non stick pan on medium flame and add the mawa,cottage cheese / paneer and sugar.
  3. Stir continuously for 2 - 3 mins,it starts leaving sides.
  4. Now add ghee / clarified butter and stiring continuously for 2 - 3 mins till light brown.
  5. Pour into plate and cut in a diamond size.
