- Prepare 560 grams Cake flour
- Get 280 grams Butter
- Get 180 grams Sugar

- Design the house by drawing a roof, chimney and 4 walls in any design you like and make paper stencils.
- Bring butter to room temperature and soften. When it has softened, mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add sifted flour and mix together. When it has come together as a dough, divide into separate parts and colour with the food colouring and cocoa. Wrap and let sit in the fridge.
- After letting it rest for 30 minutes, roll out to 0.5 mm, and then cut the parts out around paper stencils with a knife.
- Line the parts up on a baking tray and bake at 190℃ for 20 minutes. When baked, put the parts on a rack and let cool.
- When cooled, secure the parts with icing and it’s done. Do this carefully one part at a time, making sure each part is hard and secured before moving on to the next.
- Decorate the outside of the house as you like.
