Steps to make Number cake:

  1. First take a bowl add oil and sugar,little milk and milkmaid whisk it for 4-5 min. Until it becomes fluffy
  2. Now in it mix flour mixture flour should be sieve for 2 times from sieving the flour we create aeration in it so this process is important
  3. Mix the flour and sugar mixture very well in cut and fold method now add vanilla essence and tutti fruity dry fruit mixture in it give it a nice mix again
  4. Mix 1/2 tsp of maida to tutti fruity and dry fruit so that I will not settle down in batter
  5. Now In batter add baking powder and baking soda above it add 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix the batter again don’t overmix
  6. Now preheat the ovenat 180 degree for 5-7 min and transfer the batter to the mould here I take rectangular shape mould
  7. Grease the mould with oil and spread parchment paper on it now add batter and bake the cake at 180degree for 32 minutes.
  8. Check the cake with tooth pick if it is clean that means cake is baked properly
  9. Now cool the cake and cut it into number 7 here I am attaching the drawing of cutting
  10. Cut the cake carefully otherwise it will broke
  11. Now for topping we will whip the cream here I used whip cream powder of blue bird brand
  12. For this in 100 gm of powder I add 100 ml of chilled water and whip it on high speed for 10 min.
  13. Now refrigerated the cream for 10 min and apply on cake with satula and fill the remaining whip cream in cake decoration bag and make the designs
  14. I add orange red color in remaining whipping cream and whip for 2 min.
  15. Now after decorating the cake I again refrigerated it for 10 min and then use it
