- Start kneading the dough by slowly adding the milk to Semi Soft consistency.. and Cling Wrap it.Keep it in fridge for 30 min.
- Roll the dough on Parchment paper to 1/2 " thickness..Cut into desired Shape using cookie cutter.. Sprinkle Sugar on the top for extra Crunchiness..
- Bake in preheated oven at 160* C for 12-15 minutes or till done
