- Get Red peppers(tattasai)
- Prepare Scotch bonnets

- Saok the beans for 30-45 minutes,when its soaked remove all its coats from it.
- Then add in your beans, peppers, scotch bonnets, onions and garlic in a blender, blend till smooth your mixture shouldn’t be watery it should be thick and smooth.
- When your beans is well blended,transfer it into a bowl,then add in your salt, ajino moto, chopped spring onions mix well and beat it using a ladle(ludayi) to incorporate air so that it will be fluffy!
- Heat your vegetable oil, when heated scoop the beans paste using a spoon into the hot oil,flip it to fry the other side,fry till golden brown.
- Strain and serve hot!
