- Chop, slice the veggies. Grate the carrot. Make a semi thin batter of maida and other ingredients to make the batter.
- Heat oil add the veggies, maggi, tastemaker and water. Allow the maggi to cook. Add all sauces, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.
- When the water gets absorbed, remove from flame and cool it completely. Now take a spoon of batter and spread it on the tawa and cook on one side.
