- Then add sesame coarse mix it and cook as the mixture starts to leave the sides.Switch off the stove and cool it, then divide into 10 balls and flatten it,
- For stuffing- Take another pan cook the khoya for a minute. Add ghee and saute till khoya turns golden. Then turn off the stove and immediately transfer to a plate, then add jaggery sugar powder, cardamom powder and mix thoroughly, divide into 10 parts.
- For coating in a plate spread 2 tbsp fried sesame seeds, then take the stuffed khoya ball into the flatten sesame balls,close and roll it to sesame seeds and decorate with crushed pistachio.
