  3. Make ready 1 1/2 cup water

  6. Prepare 100 grams grated Tofu
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  8. Take 1/2 cup chopped red, yellow, bell pepper

  10. Get 1/2 cup chopped spring onion
  11. Make ready 1 pinch Salt
  12. Get 2 tbsp (For paturi paste)- mustard seeds
  13. Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  14. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  15. Get to taste Salt
  16. Prepare 3 tbsp curd
  17. Take 1 tbsp mustard oil
  18. Get 1 tbsp Kasori methi
  19. Take 1 tsp thyme

  21. Get 1 tbsp sugar

  23. Get 2 tbsp coconut grated

  1. Heat water in a kadai add pinch of salt, add cauliflower, beans, carrot, tastemaker and noodles cover and cook in low flame. After 2 minutes keep aside and add left over vegetables and tofu mix well keep aside.
  2. In a mixy pour curd, tomato sauce, salt to taste, sugar, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chilli, turmeric powder, Kasuri methi, cashew nuts, mustard oil, thyme, coconut mix well and make a fine paste.
  3. Spread a banana leaf then spread one tbsp mustard paturi paste then add veg tofu noodles, tie it with a thread.
  4. First method - Heat a pan spread a foil, add one by one banana leaves packet, cover and cook on low flame. - Or - Second Method - Heat oil in a pan then add one packet cover and cook for 2 minutes each side. - - You may choose either of the two methods to prepare this dish.
  5. Turn and cook each side till light brown in colour. Then cut open the leaf and serve hot.
