  8. Line the burger in the sauce, cover with a lid, and stew.
  9. Remove any scum that surfaces. Stew for about 1 minutes while ladling the sauce on top of the burger from time to time.
  10. Done.
  11. Use the leftover sauce for Omurice. I added shimeji mushrooms in place of the onions as shown in the picture. This is also delicious.
