- Make ready coffee(i used mac coffee instant)
- Take Fresh orange juice

- Pre heat your oven and grease 2 500gms baking tins.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients. I didnt use baking powder coz i used the exe self raising flour
- Beat the eggs,blueband n sugar with a whisk or mixer
- Mix all the dry ingredients to the egg mixer n mix well
- Divide the dough into 2portions equally.
- One portion add the fresh orange juice.the other add the coffe mixed with a little hot water.
- Pour your batter into the greased pans and bake for 40mins at 180’
