- Prepare 36 vanilla cream biscuits
- Make ready 1 cup Milk

- Get 200 gms dark chocolate
- Prepare 100 gms milk chocolate
- Make ready 3/4 cup Milk

- Get 1 cup Whipping powder
- Make ready 2 teaspoons butter
- Prepare 1 cup chilled milk
- Make ready 1 teaspoon choclate ganache
Steps to make Instant Cake:
- Grease the pan in which the cake will be baked with oil and put the butter paper on it then again apply little oil with the help of a brush.
- Grind biscuits in a jar by adding milk and powdered sugar in it in a mixer grinder.
- Place the stand at the bottom of the vessel in which the cake will be baked. Pre heat the vessel by covering it for 10-15 mins.
- Empty the jar in a mixing bowl and then add eno at one side of the batter. On eno put one teaspoon milk and mix it well with the batter in one direction. Do not mix it and keep it for long.
- Put the batter in the greased pan and put it in the preheated vessel on the stand.
- Cover it and bake it for 20-25 mins.
- After 25 mins check the cake with the help of toothpick by pricking it at the middle part of the cake. If the toothpick comes out neat it means the cake is cooked completely otherwise cook it for 5 minutes more.
- Take out the pan from the vessel and let it cool completely.
- For making ganache add all the ingredients in a bowl and melt it in a boiling water. Refridgerate it for 15 minutes.
- For making icing add 2 cups whipping powder and all the ingredients and whip it with the help of a whisker.
- Take out the cake from the pan in a plate and place it on a rotating table. Divide it into 2 equal portion by cutting it with the help of a thread from the center.
- Put some sugar syrup on both parts of the cake with the help of a brush for keeping it soft. Spread chocolate ganache at the middle and the top of the cake evenly with the help of the knife.
- Do the icing decoration.
- Keep the cake in the refrigerator for setting up. Serve.
