- Brush simple syrup on it be generous. add your frosting
- Put second layer on top add simple syrup. .i cb coat 15 minutes.
- I frost my cake put in fridge another 15-20 minutes then i start my decoration on cake.
- Your choice of decoration.i then take skewer put in middle of cake spread melted chocolate a little at a time to skewer stick your candy on a little at a time.
- Put bag n mark where u can no longer see stick stop your candy at your mark . . take candy bag put couple of cotten balls in bag slip bag over skewer seal with a little chocolate
- Bring your candy down the cake in what ever direction you want. make it look like its pouring out the bag onto your cake.this was a rush job ..will do better next time. loads of fun to make.
