Steps to make Pineapple Cake:
- Preheat the oven at 200degree Celsius.
- Sieve the flour,baking powder and baking soda.
- Grease the baking tin well wit butter.
- Sprinkle flour and tap.
- In a big bowl soften the butter with beater.
- Add the powdered sugar and blend it well.
- Add condensed milk and beatcontinuously for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Add milk and beat.
- Add oil and vanilla essence chopped tin pineapple.
- Beat for more 5 mins.
- Transfer batter to tin and tap it.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 40 mins.
- Beat whipped cream add yellow emulsion and keep in freezer.
- Check the cake by toothpick an take it out as done.
- Let it cool for 1hour.
- Transfer cake to icing board.
- Cut layers of cake.
- Take base layer put thin layer of icing repeat the process till top layer.
- Cover all over cake with thin layer icing.
- With star nossel make cover cake with small stars.
- In a bowl take white chocolate add green colour to it.
- Make leaves of butter paper frezzeer it till set.
- Roll thin layer of black fondant and with the help of sharpe knife make eyes and mouth.
- Lastly stick eyes mouth and leaves on cake.
