- Take a bowl now add all dry ingredients like, refined flour, baking soda,baking powder, powder sugar, biscuits powder mix it well and keep aside
- Now take another bowl add curd and oil mix it well or till the battel turn smooth, now add dry ingredients into in it and mix cut and fold technique, now added little mix slowly slowly and make a fine consistency or flowing battel, now added eno and a bit of milk or water to activate
- Place the battel in cake mould which I have all ready grissed and dust with flour
- Now place the cake in 180° pre heated oven for 30 to 35 min, once check the cake if it baked now let it completely cool down I room temperature
- Let whipped the cream and make chocolate ganache in same ratio of cream and chocolate keep it aside
- Now cut the in two layer, place the cake board now pour some water on top now added some chocolate sauce, now placed the whipped cream all over the cake well, same as the second layer, now spread the ganache all over the cake, keep it in fridge for 10 min,
- Now our cake is ready for decoration, take a piping bag make as your desire design on top and side, sprinkle some golden and silver ball on top,our cake is ready, keep it in fridge for 2,3 hours the cut and enjoy
