  2. Blend together,butter and sugar.Add orange juice.Add eggs one by one,blend.Add grated carrot and orange pulp also.
  3. Add maida mix portion by portion to the butter -egg mixture,fold.Add whole maida and fold.Add orange rinds,fold.
  4. Transfer to a greased mould,I’ve used a silicon mould so there is no need to grease.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180°c.
  6. Take out the cake and cool on a cooling rake.Serve warm.
