- Take 1 tbsp oil

- Take 200 ml plain yoghurt
Steps to make Creamy spinach:
- Cut the red onion into smalled cubes.
- In a pot heat the oil and butter. Add the chopped red onion and fry for a few minutes on low heat with the pot lid closed.
- Cut the chilli in half. Remove the seeds. Chop the chilli fine. Add the chilli to the red onions and fry for a few minutes. Add the the tomato paste and mix.
- Add the baby spinach. Cover with a lid and let it wilt. Mix gently with the red onions.
- In a bowl. Whisk the flour into the yoghurt. Add the yoghurt to spinach and mix. Cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
