The ingredients needed to make Wedding Cake:
- Take 1 Your favorite Buttercream icing
- Make ready 1 Wiltons Fondant
- Make ready 1 Wooden Dowels
- Take 3 box 1-4 boxes of Your favorite cake mix
- Make ready 1 Cardboard cake bottoms
Instructions to make Wedding Cake:
- Follow Directions for your favorite cake mix in different sized cake pans, baking two pans of each size.
- While baking prepare the buttercream according to directions (my favorite is on the back of the powdered sugar boxes)
- Cool cakes and cut the tops flat
- Spread a layer of buttercream on one side of each cake sizes and sandwitch together with the second cake of each size.
- Put each on corresponding cake boards.
- Cover each tier in a light cb coat of buttercream and refridgerate over night.
- Next, after refrigerating over night, roll out Fondant and cover each tier.
- Cut 5 wooden dowels to height of each tier and place in the middle of each.
- Lastly, stack and decorate with ribbon, fresh flowers, icing, or fondant accents!
