- For Cake : Preheat the oven at 170°c for 15 minuets. Prepare a baking pan, size 22 x 22 cm, and apply butter on the surface of the baking sheet, after it is covered with bake paper.
- Mix all ingredients for cake (exception melted butter) beat the mixture with hand mixer on medium speed, beat until the mixture becomes soft cream and double size.
- After the ingredients are well mixed, turn-off the mixer, add melted butter into the mixture, and stirring with spatula slowly until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into baking pan, and bake at temperature 170°c for 25 minuets. Remove the cake from the oven if it is cooked, and roll the cake with bake paper.
- For Butter Cream: Beat the butter in large bowl with hand mixer at high speed, beat until soft,and add half icing sugar (after sifted)beat until smooth and the color becomes white.
- Add remaining icing sugar, vanilla and milk, beat the mixture until double size, soft and creamy.
- Open the cake roll and apply the butter cream on the cake, and roll the cake, and warping the cake, store in the refrigerator for 20 minuets.
- Remove the cake from the refrigerator, and decorate the cake as you like.
