- Take 1 egg
- Get 1 pinch salt
- Prepare 50 gms sugar powdered
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

- Mix the egg, sugar (powder it..it will be easier to mix and will melt easily), salt. Once done add 1/2 cup milk and mix well.
- Add vanilla extract & mix.
- Shift the maida/ flour and add it to it. If the batter is thick add the 1/4 cup milk little by little (I had to add all the milk) till you get a thin batter but not very runny.
- Heat oil in a pan, warm the mold by heating in the hot oil (* note given above) and dip in the batter and put it in the hot oil on medium low heat (you can lower the temperature if you feel the oil is very hot)..with a little shake the cookies will come off after few seconds. Fry till you get a nice golden color. Keep it on a kitchen tissue paper to absorb the extra oil. The cookie will be soft when out of the oil…once cooled after few minutes it will be hard and crispy.
