  3. Now one cake is baked and cold, you can start assembling the Casata cake. First line the mold with cling line and now add first layer of vanila ice cream (semi liquid) and let it rest in the freezer until layer is set
  4. Now repeat the layers of Rose and pistachio ice cream alternatively and freeze it. At last put alone cake at the bottom of the mold and put inside freezer for final setting.
  5. Now once all the layers set,remove the cake from mold with the help of cling wrap it will be easy to get out from the mold. Enjoy with family
