Instructions to make Rose Icecream cake:
- For cake base:- Seieve maida baking soda n baking powder n take in a bowl. Beat room temp.butter n condensed milk in another bowl.till light n fluffy. N add maida mixture. Mix well add soda water slowly. Mix properly. Dust heart shape tin with butter n maida. Pour batter n tap2-3times n bake 20-25min on 180*temp.Let it cool on room temp. Divide in a 2part n spread rose water.
- For icecream:- Boil milk. Take 1/4cup milk in a bowl add gms n cornflour dilute properly n add in a milk. Add sugar.Stir cont. On slow flame 6-7min. Stir on high flame for 1min. N allow it to cool on room temp.transfer in airtight container.Keep in a freezer. For 6-7hrs.Icecream base is ready.
- Now take out icecream base n transfer in a big vessel. Add rose syrup. Rose king n milk powder beat with electric beater. 7-8min.
- Now arrange foil paper in a heart shape mould. Set cake piece n pour rose icecream. Sprinkle rose petals. Cover with plate. N set 10-12hrs. Set in a small cup heart shape icecream mould.
- Take icecream cake in a plate. Arrange small heart shape mould in middle.Design with rose cream n purple whipped cream. Garnish with icing design black current icecream small scoop.Garnish with Golden silver balls n fresh rose petals.
- Yummy delicious Rose Icecream cake is ready to serve.
