- Sift all-purpose flour, baking flour, baking soda, milk powder twice and keep it aside.
- In mixing bowl take oil sugar beat till you get nice creamy add vanilla essence mix it now add dry ingredients in wet ingredients in batches with adding milk till you get dropping consistency.
- Pour batter into greased and lined baking pan tap it
- Bake preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degree check it with toothpick inserted come out clean cool it for frosting
- Mix sugar and water to make sugar syrup.
- Take whipping cream in chilled bowl beat it add vanilla essence and cocoa powder beat it till stiff peak
- Take sponge on cake board cut in two half keep aside one apply sugar syrup to moist apply whipped cream cover it with other half soak with sugar syrup and cover with whipped cream.
- Cover with other half apply sugar syrup and cover with whipped cream add nutella in whipped cream for frosting
- Fill piping bag with star nozzle and frost with rossets and Oreo cookies gold sprinkles
