The ingredients needed to make Palmier cookies:
- Take for the cookies
- Take 1 packages puff pastry
- Take 6 tbsp ground cinnamon (or more if you like!)

- Cut the rolled pastry into 1/2 inch segments (so they look kind of like handlebar moustaches)
- Roll the segments in the remaining cinnamon sugar
- Place on a cookie sheet, with enough room for them to expand
- Bake for 6-10 minutes
- Allow to cool and enjoy!:)
