- In a mixer grinder grind 1 packet Marie biscuits and 1 packet Oreo biscuits separately and make a fine powder. Grate the chocolate bar and keep it aside
- Add gelatin in 1/2 cup of hot water. Keep aside. Mix custard powder in 1/2 cup of water and keep it aside.
- Boil milk in a pan. Add sugar, condensed milk and prepared custard powder and mix continuously. Add prepared gelatin and vanilla extract and mix everything well. Stir continuously. Off the flame and keep aside for cool down.
- Take a big bowl or casserole in which you made pudding. Mix coffee powder in 1/2 cup of water. First of all, dip another packet of Marie biscuit in coffee water one by one and arrange a layer in bowl. Now pour prepared custard upon the biscuit layer and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour remove it from the fridge and make design with grinded biscuits, desiccated coconut and grated chocolate bar.you make design as your choice of carpet. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and cherry. Again keep it in the fridge for 1 hour to set the carpet design custard. Serve chilled.
