- Then press with your fingers to mould the cookie dough in the tin.
- Then you will need 6 packets of rolos, place 3 in to the cookie dough moulds.
- Then with the remaining cookie dough, get yourself a round cutter (I used a drink glass) and make the tops and place them on.
- Put them in a pre heated oven at 170•C for 20mins.
- Then once cooled after 3-4 mins get them out. You can have them with ice cream & caramel sauce or just on their own.
